Founded by the Philadelphia powerhouses of Chefs George Perrier and Chris Scarduzio - also known as the Signature Restaurant Group - Table 31 is a departure from the usual French menu and a foran into classic American dishes and prime steaks. Meals begin with house-baked artisan bread and continue into appetizers of impeccably fresh clams and oysters, hand-made pastas, and Waygu sliders. Table 31's steaks are served as steaks should be; allowed to warm beforehand, broiled in an 1800° flame broiler, rested again before serving, and the diner's choice of house-made steak sauces is served on the side.
